Butcher Boy is the only market in the state that makes a variety of fresh and smoked sausages in-house. Our master Charcuterist prepares many old-world recipes — bratwurst, andouille, linguica, kielbasa, bologna, and many more.

We don't use any preservatives in our sausages, so we offer many of them frozen. Our fresh meat case holds all the favorites — our all-beef dinner franks, jalapeno cheddar bratwurst, sweet Italian, Louisiana hot links, and the local favorite Battle Mountain Chorizo.

All of our sausages are made with nice lean and tasty muscle meat. No fillers or junk — just good, tasty, succulent meat and spices.
